If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, simply follow the directions below to return the order within 30 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your refund or exchange request.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
For bonus iPhone case, as it is free product, we would not provide refund or exchange if customers are not satisfied with the products.
Please note Shipping costs are not refundable and we would not pay for the postage and packaging costs on returns.
We always make the very best endeavours to delivery your order without issue. However on occasion mistakes do happen. If this has happened to you we offer our sincere apologies. If you have received an incorrect order or a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us following the above return and exchange procedure. We will aim to quickly solve the problem.
We will need your name, e-mail address, order id number, product name and reason for return. Once you have received a reply from us, specific return instructions will be provided. To initiate any return, request an RETURN AUTHORISATION ID by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds will be paid onto the same credit or debit card from which payment was taken for items safely returned to us. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed and will not include the delivery cost. For Free Delivery order, the refund amount will be the product price minus US$5. For Express Delivery order, the refund amount will be the product price minus US$14.99.
NOTE: If you would like to keep the Free gift such as screen protector or bonus iPhone case, we will refund the difference between the value of the Free gift and the order you have placed.
Where a new product is required in place of a faulty or damaged item, of the same Product Code, when we receive your return we will send out a replacement straight away. You will not incur any additional delivery or gift wrap charges for this. The delivery and gift wrap options from your original order will apply.
